Hello, Eye Doctor

Today was Natalie's follow up appointment with her eye doctor to see how she's doing with her new glasses and if she'll need surgery or not.

The Dr. said the amount she was 'off' by went from 80 to 25, so that's REALLY good improvement. However, anything over 20 is still too much for the brain to handle so she is going to need the surgery I mentioned in an earlier update. What they will do is go in and relax two eye muscles which will help straighten her eyes out. He said as she grows her eyes will get better, but if he had to guess, she'll be in glasses for life (I expected him to say this especially since my own vision sucks). It'll be an outpatient procedure, about 45 mins under anesthesia and she should be back to acting normal the same day. We plan on getting it done early next year.
